Silence

“I think 99 times and find nothing. I stop thinking, swim in silence, and the truth comes to me. “ - Albert Einstein

Did you hear that?

The world is constantly revolving, there’s a whirl-wind of distractions constantly fighting over your attention.

Where is the clarity?

In silence.

I challenge you to intentionally make time to sit in silence. Allow yourself to be bored and sit with your thoughts. I’ve been practicing this lately, and with enough time, my subconscious thoughts will rise to the surface. Clarity will form when I let myself wrestle with the hard questions and dig deeply into what I truly think and feel about things. Sure it is easier to listen to music, read a book, or check my emails. But it is interesting how productive it can be when I just sit in silence. I encourage you to try it out. This post is for the one’s who hustle, who always want to be taking action. It’s a reminder to slow down and be introspective. With that said…Keep Grinding, Keep Growing…Let’s Thrive!
