Less Is More
I've had a problem recently with overloading myself with work to do. I've fallen into the trap that I must do everything in order to get anywhere, but that simply isn't the case. Deliberate focused action devoted to one specific result beats multi-tasking every single time. I only have so much energy and so much time. Focus is the only thing that can get me from point A to point B. Quality not quantity comes to mind.
If you've fallen into the trap of putting the world on your plate as I have, take immediate action to take as much off your plate as possible. Realize that by focusing on one thing first, and then accomplishing it, and then moving to the next thing with full attention, will produce results much more quickly.
Sorry, this post is short, but that's kind of the point.
